What Is WHX Johannesburg All About?
Formerly known as Africa Health and WHX Labs Cape Town, WHX changed it’s name in 2025 on the show’s 15th anniversary. The show has grown significantly over the past decade and frequently caters to visitors numbering into the thousands.
After two successful shows in Cape Town in 2024 and 2025, WHX will move back to its old home in Johannesburg from 2026.
