Full scale event production for K-Content London Project Overview

We delivered full scale event production for the first K-Content London at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre. The show brought Korean content producers together with UK and European buyers, so everything needed to be clear, structured and ready to handle a high volume of meetings from day one.

We built out 36 exhibitor spaces, along with matching areas, registration zones and meeting rooms. It wasn’t about overdesigning it, just getting the layout right and making sure everything worked properly across the four days. As a first edition event, it needed a team that could deliver internationally and get everything in place without issues on site.

The Problem

  • Crafting 36 individual co-exhibitor spaces for Korean content producers.
  • Providing functional matching areas where international buyers and exhibitors could have in-depth discussions.
  • Adding both private zones and information/registration booths that would support the visitor journey.
  • Delivering all of this within a rigid two-day build window at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in the UK.
  • Ensuring the space could handle frequent attendee traffic and interaction without losing its energy over the four-day event.

Running an international event of this scale, especially the inaugural edition, demanded a partner who could coordinate event management with absolute precision.

The Solution

Booth Exhibits™ designed and built a complete event ecosystem tailored for the show’s hybrid purpose: discovery + structured B2B meetings with international stakeholders.

Key elements of the solution included:

  • 36 modular exhibitor zones designed for high turnover of meetings and finished with consistent brand presentation.
  • Dedicated matching centres, configured to streamline buyer–seller interactions.
  • Private meeting areas for longer-format interactions with international buyers.
  • Visitor registration and information booths as anchor points to streamline traffic flow and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrated AV, branded structures, and lighting for a polished, immersive environment.

Execution:

  • A 30-person team comprising stand builders, AV technicians, and project managers was deployed for the two-day build.

Our global presence, consisting of teams in the UK, South Africa, and the US, allowed us to coordinate international planning seamlessly to reduce risk and ensure reliable delivery in London.

The Result

The final environment became a cohesive, high-impact event space that supported the show’s business goals across all four days.

Outcomes included:

  • A structured, easy-to-navigate event layout that kept international exhibitors and buyers engaged.
  • Seamless registration and visitor management for all attendees, all thanks to clear operational touchpoints.
  • A professional, consistent presentation of all 36 exhibits, showcasing the credibility of Korean content producers in the UK.

A successful launch of K-Content’s first big show in London, setting a strong foundation for their ongoing global rollout.

The project demonstrated Booth Exhibits™ capabilities when it comes to creating multi-exhibitor environments at an international level, coordinating with key stakeholders on three continents without compromising on accuracy and quality.
